Unfortunately due to licensing restrictions, we do not sell Prescription Only Medicines (POMs), Over The Counter (OTC) medicines like Paracetamol, Controlled Drugs (CDs) or other commonly used drugs in pre-hospital care, this includes saline infusions and flushes. You will not find these products on our website. We suggest you make contact with your local pharmacy to see if they can assist you with the supply of such items.
Yes. Most items on our website are available to all our customers. However some items are restricted. These include products that show protected titles like Doctor, Nurse and Paramedic. Some items are also age restricted products. All restricted items on our website are clearly identified.
If you are a VAT-exempt disabled customer, you may be eligible for VAT relief on certain goods and services. However, to avail of this relief, you must first contact us to create an offline purchase and provide us with your VAT exemption certificate before a purchase can be processed.
It is important to note that VAT cannot be retrospectively removed from a website order once it has been placed and processed
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to place an order online without being required to pay VAT at the UK prevailing rate.

All products that we supply are of very good quality and carry the CE mark and where relevant, are FDA approved as well. These approvals in itself speak a lot about the product quality standards. The products supplied are being used by professionals in their respective fields and in most cases used in the NHS as well.

Delivery
Yes we do! All Mainland UK deliveries for orders worth £100+VAT or over are FREE of Charge.
The time taken to ship the order is mentioned on each product page and can vary product to product. After receiving your confirmed order it will be dispatched within the time frame (approximate) mentioned against the product you had/are going to order. In case of orders with multiple products, the complete order needs to be dispatched together within the longest time frame mentioned.
